Welcome to my culinary journey! Born in Katy, Texas, I transitioned from a soccer player to a passionate chef after graduating from Le Notre Culinary Institute. I've had the privilege of helping to open and run local restaurants in the Houston and Katy area, including Coopers BBQ and Four Seasons in-house dining. With a blend of styles and elegance inspired by my mentors, I’m excited to share my unique flavors with you. Cheers!
